On Nov. 18, 2008, the 10th Organization Committee Conference of Sino-Russian Bilateral New Materials New Technics Seminar was held in our university. President Xu Xianmin presented and addressed at the Conference. After the Conference, President Xu accompanied the guests home and abroad during the campus tour.
