The 12^th lecture of the “Shiing-shen Lecture Hall” kicked off on Sept. 23, 2008. Well-known Diplomat Hua Liming, executive council member of The United Nations Association of China and researcher of China Institute of International Studies, delivered a lecture titled Witness History: China and the World from a Perspective of Globalization.
